Shipping Locations

Tourvo is based in the Greater Reykjavík Area, Iceland, and offers delivery throughout the region.

Delivery Options

• Standard Delivery: Available for all rentals, typically delivered within 1–2 business days.
• Express Delivery: Available upon request for urgent rentals. Additional fees may apply.
• In-Person Pickup & Return: You can pick up and return items at Útilíf, Skeifan 11d, 108 Reykjavík, during specified hours.

Delivery Hours

We deliver between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. If your booking requires special delivery arrangements, please contact us in advance at tourvo@tourvo.is.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the location, size, and urgency of the rental. These fees are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is present at the agreed delivery or pickup time, our staff will wait for 30 minutes. After that, your booking may be marked as a “no-show,” and you will lose your right to receive the product without a refund.
