Refund policy

Changes, cancellations, and reimbursements

To make changes or cancel a booking, clients must contact us via email at tourvo@tourvo.is and inform us of the changes or cancellation. 

The following cancellation fees apply:

  • Clients can cancel their bookings free of charge minus 5% transaction fee, if done at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. 
  • Cancellations made 1 to 4 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date will receive a 80% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled pickup or delivery date are non-refundable.

At Tourvo, we do our best to accommodate any changes to our clients booking. While we make every effort to keep a sufficient stock of products, so an extension and/or changes may be possible, we cannot guarantee:

  • rental period extensions; and
  • availability of different sizes or colours.
