To change or cancel a booking, email tourvo@tourvo.is with your booking number. The refund depends on how many days before the first day of your trip we receive your email:
| When you cancel | Refund |
|---|---|
| 7 days or more before the trip | Everything, minus a 5% fee |
| 4–6 days before the trip | 80% |
| 0–3 days before the trip | No refund |
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 days depending on your bank.
