To change or cancel a booking, email tourvo@tourvo.is with your booking number. The refund depends on how many days before the first day of your trip we receive your email:

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 days depending on your bank.
Hotel not known yet. If you chose delivery with "I don't know my hotel yet" and end up picking the gear up at Útilíf, we refund the 3.490 kr delivery fee.
Return place not known yet. If you chose collection with "I don't know where I'll be yet" and end up dropping the gear off at Útilíf, we refund the 3.490 kr collection fee.
Colour not available. If we can't provide the colour you asked for, you get 15% off, and that booking is then non-refundable.
No-shows. If we can't deliver because no one is there (see Delivery and collection), or you don't pick up at Útilíf and haven't contacted us, the booking counts as a no-show and isn't refunded.
Changes. We'll do our best to change dates, sizes or colours, but we can't guarantee longer rentals or other sizes and colours.
